Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the relationship between DRIVA, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 987 920 139, and any client using the services offered on the website www.driva.com.

2. Covered Services

Services include:

  • Private driver transfers

  • Long-distance trips

  • Airport/train station shuttles

  • Hourly chauffeur service

  • Weddings, seminars

  • Personalized sightseeing tours

Prices are communicated before the order is confirmed and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Once the booking is confirmed, the price is fixed unless specific additional services are requested.

5. Payment Methods

  • Cash

  • Credit card (via terminal or secure payment link)

  • Bank transfer (with prior agreement for companies)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride

  • 50% charge for cancellations between 12 and 24 hours before

  • 100% charge for cancellations under 12 hours or in case of no-show

7. Delays & Extra Charges

The first 20 minutes of waiting time are included.
Beyond that, €30 per hour started will be charged.

8. Client Obligations

  • Respect the agreed schedule

  • Seatbelt must be worn

  • No smoking or alcohol consumption on board

  • Respect for the vehicle and driver is mandatory

9. Liability

DRIVA cannot be held responsible for delays due to external events (traffic jams, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Any complaint must be sent by email within 7 days to: driva@protonmail.com

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille.

12. Acceptance

Validation of a booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
